Peak Running & Fitness offers youth from 10-18 the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of living a well-balanced life and staying active. Runners who start young with positive, fun experiences often remain runners for life. Our goal is to stimulate a love of running in youth, by showing them how to accelerate their own progress and success.
We also provide athletes with the tools to improve and enjoy a sport for life. Running is an integral component of any sport. An emphasis will be placed on fundamentals, injury prevention, goal setting and running as a part of a healthy lifestyle. We teach kids the basics of running and training, as well as the importance of nutrition and rest. Our regular youth clinics provide more individualized coaching due to the small number of kids we maintain in each group.
