Group training programs provide a low pressure, supportive, and motivational environment where athletes can develop at their own pace and enjoy the experience, while sharing the experience with others pursing a common goal.
Our group coaching programs are designed to engage everyone with an interest in running and to promote healthy lifestyle choices. Our group programs vary throughout the year. It is our hope that, by working with a coach and a group, more individuals will be attracted to the sport, will have fun running, and will minimize the risks of injuries.
Our trained coaches will guide your form and training volume. You will learn and practice running drills and skills to make you a more efficient runner.
Peak Running & Fitness Programs provide a fun, motivating and energizing atmosphere! We offer regular group programs all year long. Private coaching and customized workout plans are also available.
