Private & Semi-Private Coaching
Peak offers one-on-one sessions provide you the opportunity to work directly with the coach who is focused completely on helping you reach your goals. We learn your strengths and weaknesses, teach you about the training process, and train with you. The foundation of our program is form and technique, which we will work with you to perfect. We also include drills and strength training, and strategies on remaining injury-free.
If you have a small group of people that would like coaching, we also offer a semi-private coaching sessions upon request.
