Spring Group Training

As we “spring” forward to prepare for summer training, Peak Running is offering a 10-week group session.

The session includes weekly coached workouts in a supportive, motivational environment. We will focus on short leg speed workouts, hill training and overall strength training. We will guide you through various exercises and drills designed to help you become a stronger and injury-free athlete. We also love spending time talking about nutrition and sharing recipes.

Be open to change and desire transformation! Be ready to get healthier, stronger, more focused, more balanced, more joyful, and better equipped to endure.
