Spring Group Training

April 6 – June 22

As we “spring” forward to prepare for summer training, Peak is offering a 13-week group session.

The session includes weekly coached workouts in a supportive, motivational environment. We will guide you through various exercises and drills designed to help you become a stronger and injury-free athlete. We’ll focus on short leg speed workouts, hill training and overall strength training. We also love spending time talking about nutrition and sharing recipes.

(Due to Corvid19 we will respect the distance between us and use precaution and respect for others. We will also keep the group small to accommodate the safety of everyone).

Be open to change and desire transformation! We don’t train so that we can stay the same, we train to get better (healthier, stronger, more focused, more balanced, more joyful, and better equipped to endure).
