Winter Training

Challenge yourself, meet new friends, stay outside, have an adventure!

Whether you run for fun or want to set a personal best, Peak Running & Fitness can help you plan your training schedule, avoid injuries, and meet your long-term goals. Over the course of this program, you’ll complete a variety of coached workouts while enjoying the fellowship and motivation of group running. We want to create an informative, relaxing and challenging season of training.

(Due to Corvid19 we will respect the distance between us and use precaution and respect for others on the trail. We will also keep the group small to accommodate the safety of everyone).


  • 18 weeksThursday, Dec 8.-March 28
  • Each session meets for 60-90 minutes and provides a complete workout, including drills, running and stretching exercises, as needed.
  • We will culminate our training at the March.
  • Come to the sessions that best fits your schedule or both:
    • Tuesday 7:45am
    • Thursday 7:45am


Huguenot Park or James River HS Track (locations will vary)
