Spring Challenge 2020

May 7 – June 30

As we “spring” forward to prepare for summer training, Peak is offering a 9-week “mini” group session. (Due to Corvid19 we will respect the distance between us and use precaution and respect for others on the trail).

The session includes weekly coached workouts in a supportive, motivational environment. We will guide you through various exercises and drills designed to help you become a stronger and injury-free athlete. We’ll focus on the whole body through short leg speed workouts, hill training and overall strength training. We’ll also spend time talking about nutrition and sharing recipes.

Be open to change and desire transformation! We don’t train so that we can stay the same, we train to get better (healthier, stronger, faster, more focused, more balanced, more joyful, better equipped to endure).
