Adult Winter Training

Challenge yourself, meet new friends, stay outside, have an adventure!

Peak Running is for runners of all levels from beginners to seasoned athletes. Runners need guidance in their workouts to maximize heath and fitness, and most importantly, keep it fun and enjoyable. Plus, regular exercise is a great way to reduce stress as it benefits both the body and mind. It’s fun to be part of a like minded group.


  • 18 weeksThursday, Dec 5.-March 28
  • Each session meets for 60-90 minutes and provides a complete workout, including drills, running and stretching exercises, if needed.
  • We will culminate our training at the Monument 10k.
  • Come to the sessions that best fits your schedule or both:
    • Tuesday 7:30am
    • Thursday 7:30am


Huguenot Park or James River HS Track (locations will vary)
