Summer Youth Training

June 18 – Aug 9

Calling all kids! Come out and join us for a summer running & conditioning program.

Highlights include:

  • Evaluating and considering the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete
  • Increasing the athletes level of fitness through endurance, speed and strength
  • Developing skills that are essential to all sports, including form drills, strength, stretching, goal setting, nutrition, and making practice fun
  • Runs will vary according to individual fitness levels

Summer Schedule

The summer session will run from  June 18, 2018– August 9, 2018. (no session on July 4). The schedule is as follows:

Mon  – 8:30-9:30AM – Huguenot Park (locations may vary)
Wed – 9:00-10:00AM – Huguenot Park

Program Cost



  • Proper clothing and running shoes recommended.  
  • Please bring water and towel to each session.
  • Proof of a current physical is required for participation.
  • Transportation is the responsibility of parents/guardians.
